Case：Upgrade Mechanical Press to Direct Drive Servo Press

Solution：Upgrade existing main motor, fly wheel, clutch and brake to the direct drive servo motor independently developed by AIDA Upgrade the control and operation panel to servo motor control equipment

Result：Increasing productivity Able to store length and time settings in the operation database             Processing each product with the best stamping model, thus enhancing parts accuracy

Case：Improve clutches and brakes of high speed machines In order to prevent gear parts of clutches and brakes in high speed machines from early wear and tear.
